‘Keep it simple, go with your first instinct to find that creative spark

We had the opportunity to talk to Mark Rogers, when he was on tour with NewWorldSon in Dordrecht (Netherlands) in 2017. Mark is a great guy and an example of a successful self-thought drummer with a big heart. We had an open conversation about faith, mentoring, keeping it simple, supporting the song and growing over the years. ‘Don’t focus on the gear, the jobs, the material but invest in other people’s lives.’

We had the opportunity to talk with Reuben Harsant when he was on tour with Martin Smith in Dordrecht (Netherlands). We got to know Reuben as a very friendly, funny and humble man whose heart is to serve God with his gifting. We had a great conversation about influential drummers, playing in church, how to prepare for a gig, playing different venues and using electronic drums.
