Interview John-Paul Gentile

‘Give sticks away, give cymbals away, give everything away!’
This quickly sums up John-Paul Gentile (Bethel Music): a generous, warm and open-hearted man who has so many valuable things to share. During his California road trip in 2015, Ruud connected with John-Paul right outside of the Bethel Campus (sorry for the poor audio, it was quite windy outside) for a great conversation about worship, the ‘Bethel Sound’, playing multiple instruments, spontaneous worship, Jesus the Son of Man and the lifestyle of giving. ‘Hang out with the people you play with and be vulnerable with them, get to know the people behind the cameras, move with your worship leader and give everything away!’
